NFCAA takes pride in the efficient and effective way its staff provides programs and services to customers, and the Agency could not reach as many people or have as strong an impact without the support and passion of our volunteers. These individuals choose to give their time, talents and resources freely and without obligation to make a better future for their communities.
Cooperation through volunteerism equals community success. The CAB in each of the counties in NFCAA's service area provides ground-level insights to community needs. More than half of the CABs consist of low-income residents who live in the community. Using their first-hand knowledge, these volunteers identify the needs of their neighborhood and make recommendations for improvements to NFCAA for new programs and /or services. This valuable input helps NFCAA to better meet the needs of the communities we serve. If interested in being a part of the CAB, please contact your local NFCAA office.
