Accounting Clerk - All NFCAA Service Areas

Rate of pay: $16 hourly – Fulltime

Applicant must be a high school grauate or equivalent (GED); a completion of two years post high school study with major course work in accounting and three years experience as an accounting clerk or bookkeeper; or any equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience; should also be familiar with 10 key calculator by touch; requires typing skills, basic knowledge of computer operation; data entry skills; and have the ability to read computer printouts.  Must have reliable transportation.

Applicant must possess a Degree in Social Science, Sociology, Psychology or Business Administration, with a  minimum of five (5) years work experience in Social Services or an acceptable combination of education and work experience. Have a working knowledge of business office equipment. Have some knowledge in technial writing and interviewing skills, have some pubic speaking experience and be able to demonstrate their abilities for critical thinking. Must have reliable transportion. High school graduate or equivalent (GED) with additional business courses in related office procedures, with two to five years clerical experience; ability to handle complicated and legal correspondence; must be able to establish satisfactory working relationship with fellow employees and supervisor. Must be able to type 50 wpm, have word-processing/computer experience; and must have proficient advance training with the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS word, excel, access and PowerPoint. Must also be able to quicky adapt to new software applications such as survey monkey. An acceptable combination of education and experience is also acceptable. Must have reliable transportation.
